From Nothingness

From the Nothingness of the Awareness that is behind it all,
I rise.
I watch it all,
I register it all.
And the ups and downs that the bundle of thoughts of the me
Used to be defined by
Are just there,
Occurring,
Happening,
Not being chased,
Not being avoided,
Just being in the canvas of Awareness.
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to correct.
Nothing is ‘spiritual’
And nothing is ‘material.’
All is Well.
